Grove Cheese Shipping Information Remember when placing an order that it may not be shipped until the following week, depending on your zone. We try to ship cheese to allow the least possible time in transit. Always include a phone number with any order. Other helpful information is the phone number of the recipient, your address, and your e-mail address (so we can communicate with you about the status and/or price of your order.) Call, fax, mail, or e-mail your order. Do not include your credit card information in e-mail. Provide a daytime phone number so that we can call you and get your credit card information over the phone. Shipping Costs The following costs are for the continental U.S. only. Shipping charges vary by zone. Find your state’s zone below, and match the zone with the number of pounds you are ordering to determine shipping charges. Round up for accuracy. A $3.00 handling charge applies for each receiving address. Zone 1: Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Ohio, Wisconsin Zone 2: Any states not listed in Zone 1 or 3. U.S. Priority Mail – 2 to 3 days to most places
U.S. Priority Flat Rate Box (2 sizes) - $ 9.80 to anywhere, regardless of weight! Fits up to 12 lbs of cheese. * Shipping to Zone 3: From April through September will ship 3-day or faster only. You also may need a cooler ($8.50 small, $12.50 large) to keep cheese fresh. For Florida, California, Arizona, and other places in the South, you may need a cooler all year round. You will be charged for these. * Orders will be shipped to arrive the same week. Therefore, an order placed mid-week may be sent the following week. * Call 608-546-5284 for shipping costs if: Delivery to Alaska or Hawaii. Package over 15 lbs. UPS 2nd Day Air or Overnight delivery. * Packages will be sent to P.O. Boxes via U.S. Priority Mail only. Questions?
