| Spending the winter in sunny Florida? Join us for a Winter Encampment Mess during January, February, and March. All SR members are invited. We will gather at the Band Stand on East Main Street in downtown Avion Park at 10:50 to greet other SR's and then were we will cast our vote (no advance voter registration required) for one of several local downtown restaurants were we will share a midday mess at 11:00. The fix is in for January at the Hotel Jacaranda. Some of our ancestors spent a winter encampment at Valley Forge so we can enjoy the freedoms they fought for with some fellowship and food while we are away at our winter encampment in central Florida.
