Gen." majelvis@bellsouth.net Dr. Gradless: I am wrting as a follow-up to my prior communications to you. I am in receipt of a 27 Oct. 2003 letter to you (at 2655 Fairview Lane, Brookfield, WI 53045-4117) from Anne M. Roy, the Governor of the Wisconsin Branch of the National Society Sons and Daughters of the Pilgrims. In that letter she unequivocally stated that she was "writing to ask that you remove the web pages concerning Wisconsin and Illinous Branches, Sons and Daughters of the Pilgrims". In addition to your not being authorized to use the NSSDP name, you are not authorized to publicize the private information (names, addresses, phone #, and e-mail addresses) of any of the officers of the Wisconsin Branch. Those officers do not want their private information publicized on the internet and regard your having done so as an invasion of their privacy which must cease. Today I re-checked and ascertained that the web page which you have created using the name of the Wisconsin Branch Sons and Daughters of the Pilgrims has not yet been removed from the internet. My preference is to avoid legal action and thus I am making this one final request for you immediately to remove the web page which you have created using the name of the Wisconsin Branch of NSSDP. I also request that you send me an e-mail advising me that said web page has been removed from the internet. Thank you for your anticipated prompt cooperation.
