The Memorial: Entry |

| After leaving the U.S. Navy Shuttle boat visitors walk up the dock and ramp into the entryway of the Memorial. The Navy requests that no one one stop and take pictures of the Memorial at that point. Pictures of the entry way may be taken when leaving the Memorial to reboard the shuttle boat. The Memorial is handicapped accessible with a wheelchair lift to move handicapped visitors from the ramp to inside of the Memorial. |
The Memorial: Flag Room |

| Immediately upon climbing the stairs the visitor is in the Flag Room. On one side of the room are displayed the flags of the the United States, The State of Hawaii, The Department of the Interior, The Army, Navy, Marines, Coast Guard and Air Force flags On the other side of the Flag Room (below) will be found the flags of all the battleships that were present on Battleship Row December 7, 1941. (The USS Arizoa flag is farthest to the right.)
