    Note: Even though the form below is a CGI-based "input form", there is no "action" associated with it. You are not submitting this information anywhere. It simply allows you to type in your information before printing. This reduces the chances for errors that can occur when trying to read hand-written information.

Once your payment is processed you will be  e-mailed  the Deluxe script files.  (Due to the speed of mail and bank processing, it could take 3 to 4 weeks to receive your script files when using a personal check.)
