Dear Website Friends, whoever you are and wherever you are:

My dog Simeon and I have driven off to Texas to stay with my sister in order to shorten the Wisconsin winter by one month. The next entry should be for the second Sunday of Lent. Driving down we saw our first robin on the 17th of February somewhere in Missouri or Arkansas, and then we saw some daffodils blooming far down south in Texas. Soon I shall be returning to Wisconsin and to the Sunday Assembly and to homilizing again. By then maybe spring shall catch up with me again, bringing robins and daffodils with me for all of you.
