the Camemberts

Started collecting July of 2004...
The Camemberts aren't an official Sylvanian family. The parent figures are Basil the chef (one in drag, I guess you could say, to be the mother), and the children are the Able Seamouse Twitch figures from the Motley Crew. They're sort of a 'created' family, I suppose. Their last name, "Camembert," is the name of a kind of cheese.

*Update! Flair/Argos have picked up on the brown mouse family idea (not necessarily from me though, LOL) A mother, Betty Hazelwood has been released with the new Hazelwood Toy Shoppe, and a brother and sister are included in a Field Trip set. There are even rumors about a brown mouse baby! I would name the mother "Marjoram Camembert," the son "Isaac," the extra daughter "Hazel," and the baby "Ian" or "Thyme."
