July 16, 2006 - One Year Since the HBP
ReleaseWow... it's, um,
been awhile, hasn't it?
I'll blame the lack of updates on
1) me, I've been busy with work and life and lazy about writing and
posting new updates, and 2) Microsoft FrontPage, which seems to have
eaten up half of this website and has resolutely refused to upload to
the web... until tonight. Unfortunately, the Year Seven page seems to be
gone, so until I can rebuild that, I'll have to direct you elsewhere for
updates to that fic. It's currently hosted at
Portkey and at
LiveJournal, where ALL of my recent fan fics (mostly one-shots and
drabbles) are hosted!
I HAVE posted about a handful of
Harry Potter-related ficlets, of which there are about a dozen. You know
the drill: read and review (and enjoy, I hope!)
I love that these short pieces
only take twenty minutes or so to write. That's nice. Instant
gratification.

When I recreated
my website, I lost the 'shipping poll but fortunately I had
written down the results a few days ago. Naturally, most people
seem to be H/Hr shippers of some stripe or another, but I was
really intrigued by how many of you ship OBHWF! Anyway, here
were the results:
68% Harry/Hermione shippers
(20% of these ship Ron/Luna and Draco/Ginny, 40% Ron/Luna and
Neville/Ginny, and 40% purely Harry/Hermione with no side ships)
24% Harry/Ginny, Ron/Hermione shippers
