Collected summer of 1999.
Captain Seadog was one of the figures Adam and I bought cheap at a discount toy store. Sorry about the boat being beached on green turf instead of sailing the high seas, but turning this picture into a water scene wouldn't have been easy! Is it Horatio or Horahito?
