This application will be read at two successive meetings of the club. After the second reading, you will be notified within a week of approval or rejection of membership in the Coulee Kennel Club of La Crosse, WI. This membership application should be brought to the meeting for the first reading by the prospective applicant. Prospective applicants may not attend the meeting of the second reading. Your check payable to the Coulee Kennel Club, Inc. for one year's dues according to the type of membership selected must accompany this application. Meetings are held the 4th Tuesday of each month. Notices are sent out giving the location of the meeting and the programs. The time is 7:3Opm |
