If you are looking for a particular breed of dog, the CKC's Breeder referral service may be able to assist you.  Keep in mind that it is Club Policy to refer an inquiry to either a CKC member, another all breed club, a club devoted specifically to a particular breed (a "Breed" Club), or to a person who is personally known and vouched for by a CKC member.  This policy is in place to provide you with the names of only ethical and responsible breeders.
