Champion follows a proven Project Life Cycle that ensures your project goals are accomplished.  Working as your technology partner, we are dedicated to helping you fit the pieces together.

Define
Project Definition is the core of any project. Our Team Leader will guide you through the definition phase and develop a preliminary solution with estimated costs.

Design
The selected solution is designed in detail.  This
includes logic diagrams, flow charts, documentation, screen and report samples.

Support
Once the project is complete, you are NOT alone.  Our expert
support team members will be available after the live installation until the software is fully
functional. Software add-ons,
upgrades, policy, procedural and personnel changes may require additional support from our staff and we are committed to being there when you need us.

Develop
The software is developed utilizing industry standards and practices, in addition to Champion's coding
techniques.

Test
Each modification is tested by
a Champion team member to
guarantee that the software
performs as it was designed.

Document
Documentation is provided in
a clear and easy-to-understand
format.  Documentation includes logic diagrams, flow charts, screen and report samples.

Client Train / Test
Our team member will lead you through the new and/or modified software. This allows the client/user the ability to test within their own environment, utilizing their own data.

Implement
Whether a team member is needed on-site or via remote access, our project team leader will implement to your requirements. Our plan includes implementation into a test environment, on-site testing and finally implementation into your live environment.
