Mrs. Dowd with Merton's Top 6th Grade Team
On May 6th the top teams for the 2003 Battle of the Books competition were honored with a "Celebration Night" at Stone Bank School. Merton's top fourth, fifth and sixth grade teams were in attendance as well as our librarian, Mrs. Dowd. Students from the Arrowhead area schools were also recognized. The celebration included an awards ceremony, a storyteller, refreshments and socializing.
