“MAJOR”…

Although he prefers bagging birds, Major bagged the CD title in 2001, and in 2003, the CDX obedience title. 2005 was the year of the Master Hunter title, as Major earned the 5 qualifying scores to become the first Champion Field Spaniel, and the first male Field Spaniel, to earn this coveted title!

An extraordinary ambassador of goodwill, exceptional trainability, and devoted companionship wrapped in a neat, structurally sound, Liver & Tan package! His kids are out and about, winning in the conformation rings now...but we’re more excited that they have outgoing, winning personalities, and are great family companions! Major continues to play “Foo foo” dog on occasion with great success and was Top Stud dog for 2004 for number of titled dogs produced.
