This milk is produced by proud patrons who produce their milk without the use of the synthetic growth hormone rBGH. Cedar Grove Cheese’s policy is not to use ingredients that are genetically modified. Cedar Grove Cheese has been certified organic since 1996 by the Organic Crop Improvement Association (OCIA). The milk we use for organic cheese is produced by farmers who do not use artificial hormones (rBGH), antibiotics, or harmful pesticides.
