Countersinking spar flanges for #6 and #8 screws

To prevent the countersink cutter from chattering when countersinking the spar flanges for the #8 tank attachment screws and for the #6 access panel screws, I made a block that I clamped to the flange. It is located with two rivets that were a snug fit into the block.
