Hi, I'm Philip and I lived with Hyperhidrosis (excessive sweating) and Facial Blushing for many years. In 1997 I had the ETS surgery and it dramatically changed my life. Some useful Abbreviations and Terms:

FB - Facial Blushing (excessive blushing) 

SP - Social Phobia 

CS - Compensatory Sweating in response to ETS surgery. Sometimes also referred to as Reflex Sweating.

Plantar - Feet 

Palmar - Hands 

Axillary - Underarm 

Facial - Face 

Cranial - Head 

ETS - Endoscopic Thoracic Sympathectomy 

Iontophoresis - process using electric current to reduce sweating 

T2 - the part of the sympathetic ganglia normally cut during ets surgery 

Aluminum Chloride - a topical treatment to reduce sweating
