1997

This was the first year of the awards and Rob Hutter got in the running early in the week by crashing a jet ski (think the fix cost was in the area of $500). We were all sure that he had the dice award hands down and we would just be looking for someone to step up and take second place (Mary). Little did we know that one night later, Julie Berry would step up and pass Rob right by. Julie jumped right in the fast lane and was winning an awful lot of shots for many reasons. Before the night was over she hated Kenny, she was trying to con everyone into helping her with the shots, including her mom. Dave was pond scum for not helping her out. Well that seemed to pull her right into first place. She spent the rest of the week, trying to get many people in trouble so as to take over first place. I think she was even trying to buy votes for Rob!! But, none of it worked and as no one else stepped forward, 1st and 2nd place were locked up.
