Social Opportunities-WISH with Impaired
Sight and Hearing Social Group
W.I.S.H. (With Impaired Sight-Hearing) is a monthly
social group that provides opportunities for consumers to use new
communication skills and participate in a broad range of activities. Examples include large print/Braille Bingo,
card games, holiday celebrations, and community outings such as trips to the
zoo, museum, and more.
Community
volunteers and students from local interpreter training programs assist with
interpreting and guiding.
W.I.S.H. is open to any individual
who is deaf-blind, family members, friends, and other interested community
residents.
If you would like to see what W.I.S.H. is doing
