 www.drl.state.wi.us -- You can use the information on this site to check the credentials of psychologists.  To check Dr. Goeckner's credentials, go to the Credential Holder Query for health professionals, select psychology and enter either Daniel Goeckner or #850.  This will verify that Dr. Goeckner is eligible to practice psychology in Wisconsin.
