Josh's Phalloplasty
![]() |
My phalloplasty was constructed by David Foerster in Oklahoma City in 1980. Dr. Laub in Palo Alto was the first to utilize the pedical flap, also known as the "suitcase handle" to create an insensate phallus. Foerster was trained by Laub in the procedure and has now been doing phalloplasties for over 20 years. He constructed my phallus in two stages. The first was tubing abdominal tissue that extended from my pubis to my navel (the scar is still visible). Both ends of the tube were left attached and he placed a split thickness graft he harvested from my thigh around the tube, thus creating the shaft. The outline of the head was cut and stitched out from tissue around the navel to "train" its blood supply. In the second procedure he formed the head, and then released the top portion of the graft, so it hung down. He then placed adult sized testicular implants into the labia and closed the top of it to form a single sack. The clit was below/behind the scrotum and hidden from view. Two years ago I had a procedure that brought my clit out in front of my scrotum. In essence, I had a meta done so that my sensate tissue would come out in front and be in the correct anatomical position. The pictures here were taken in the early 1990s, so I plan to take more pictures which will show the new surgery. If you have any questions or comments please contact me at <joshel@aol.com> |
| This was taken from a different angle and shows a side shot. This side was the least well done of the two. You can see some scarring and extra tissue near the pubis which was due to phallus healing in an upright position. The extra tissue and the scarring can be removed. |

This photo is of my friend's meta for comparison. Most metas are pumped up and give the wrong impression of their size. I was with him the whole day and know he didn't pump. As you will notice he also had the scrotoplasty with full sized implants (similar to mine). You can see how much shaft length is taken up by the clit being brought higher up on the pubis (as it is in biomen). This photo has been published, so it can be made available to the public. Since my friend did not identity himself in that publication, I will follow his wishes here. |
