All pieces must be matted or framed, with your name and a contact number on the back. We will make tables available for 3D art.  Mail-In art MUST include return shipping fees; should be marked "Art Work--DO NOT FOLD"....3D works should be marked "FRAGILE"

Art work containing graphic scenes will be displayed in an "Adults Only" area, but will be included in the main art viewing area. Again, artists and agents are responsible for hanging their own work. We will be open Friday evening 6-9 PM and Saturday morning, 8-10 for set ups.

The art show will be open 10-5 PM Saturday and Sunday.

Artists, please join us for a small reception in the art room on Friday night during the hanging hours.

I release True Spirit 2000 and all of its staff members and volunteers from any and all liability pertaining to my art and its display. I also declare that the art in question is totally my creation and under my ownership/control at the time of the show.
