Medical Payments under the Homeowners Policy will provide payment for necessary medical expenses should someone be injured on the insured location listed on the policy.
This coverage does not apply to you or regular residents of your household and will not apply if the injury results from use of an automobile, business activity or an intentional or criminal act initiated by you or anyone in your household.
This coverage will also not apply if the injured person is covered by any worker compensation, Non-occupational disability or occupational disease law.

This coverage is provided for a period of three years from the time of the occurrence and is provided without regard to legal liability. If you are found to be legally liable for someone's injuries the personal liability portion of the policy will cover any payments in excess of what the Medical Payments coverage may provide.
