Smile: You'll feel better
One hundred belly laughs per day is the equivalent to an aerobic workout of 10 minutes on a rowing machine. The average child laughs 400 times a day; the avergae adult, a mere 15 times.
Smiling is good for physical and mental health. But if you are concerned about your teeth, you may smile less. Dentistry offers a variety of methods by which your smile can regain some of that dazzle that was lost over time. Bleaching, bonding, porcelain veneers and porcelain inlays are dental treatments tha can help you not only regain a white smile, but may also protect your teeth from tooth decay.
Which of these methods are for you? Talk with your dentist. He or she will be able to suggest some of the many new methods that add beauty.
