Unidentified fossils

The fossil below appears to be a fish of some sort.  I bought this on eBay - no identification, no locality, no clues.  I will say that the matrix bears a great resemblance to the Green River shales of Southwestern Wyoming.

fish.jpg (37631 bytes) Jaw is 1 1/2" long.  Looks like there might be another jaw just barely exposed above it.  I'm going to work on that.

The fossil below is a rhinocerous of some sort; I'd like a more precise identification.
