The Wisconsin Court of Appeals released these opinions on October 10, 2006, recommending the following for publication:
Gresens v. State Farm Mutual Automobile Ins. Co. (reducing clause in underinsured motorist portion of policy ambiguous when considered in light of entire policy).
Hegarty v. Beauchaine (Wisconsin Patients Compensation Fund's liability not triggered until primary and umbrella malpractice policies exhausted, discussion of damage caps, types of damage recoverable).
