State Bar Litigation Section supports AB224 - Health Care Provider Immunity

Our State Bar's Litigation Section has announced it supports AB224, a bill

relating to: immunity from liability for a health care provider, health care facility, or employee of a health care provider or health care facility that, in good faith, reports a violation of the law or of a clinical or ethical standard by another health care provider, health care facility, or employee of a health care provider or health care facility.
