FELLOWSHIP

Whether it's around the coffee pot after worship or a potluck meal in Schroeder or Peterson Hall, we seek to encourage mutual conversation and support, as yet another means of god's grace.

There is a "seniors" group called Young at Hearts which meets monthly.

An Invitation

Especially for You . . .

Please accept this heartfelt invitation to come and worship with us this week!

While we're a congregation of about 310 members, many have come and experienced us as a warm caring community of faith.

We're small enough to know everyone who belongs here, yet big enough to provide alternatives to people seeking meaningful ministry.

We want to grow and have others join our fellowship. We take seriously the call of Jesus to spread the Good News of His Grace. We'd like to share Christ's love with you too.

Jesus said: "I am the light of the world.  Whoever follows me will not walk in darkness, but have the light of life."  (John 8:12)

OUR PRAYER FOR VISION:

Dear Lord,

CELEBRATE with us in the joy of Your Grace through the worship and work of Your people.

OPEN our hearts and minds to welcome all who wish to be a part of Your community at Gloria Dei Lutheran Church.

MOVE us -- as individuals and your family of faith -- with a deeper knowledge of You and Your teachings, so we may share Your love with the people of the world.

EMPOWER us to risk serving the needs of those You bring into our daily lives. Amen.
