The Olympia Resort is a full service resort and spa, with an Exhibition Hall and ballrooms to host our show. Agility will be held on the grounds outside the Exhibition Hall. Herding will be held in Genoa City, WI, approximately 53 miles south of the Resort.

All rooms at the Olympia have recently been redecorated and are bright and airy. Each room is equipped with a small refrigerator (not stocked), and a coffee maker for your use. There are also fully handicapped accessible rooms. Each room comes with complementary admission to the exercise facility and weekend morning aerobics classes.

Buffets will be available on a cash basis so exhibitors can eat quickly at a convenient time. Both the breakfast buffet and lunch buffet will be set up in one of the restaurants. Menus will vary daily. There is also the Frisco Bay deli for quick sandwiches, bagels, pizza, and other snacks. For the truly thrifty, the shopping center next to the resort has two grocery stores.

In a break with the past, there will only be one "special" dinner that requires advance reservations-the Awards Banquet. We have dispensed with the usual buffet preceding the Auction. Instead, we urge everyone to participate/partake in a Wisconsin tradition-the Friday Night Fish Fry. There are only a few things that are really sacred in Wisconsin-the Packers, bratwurst, cheese, beer, and the Friday Night Fish Fry. Try it, you'll like it. On Saturday night, the resort has a prime rib buffet. It sounds pretty inviting. Regular menu items will be available in the restaurant, too.

There will be no bathing or dog grooming in the room. A bathing area will be provided. A grooming area next to the Exhibition Hall will be open 24 hours a day. There will be plenty of room for everyone but please stack your crates. The show committee reserves the right to move or stack crates, as it deems necessary. No ex-pens will be allowed indoors.

Disruptive or destructive guests (or their dogs) may be asked to leave, so treat the facilities and other guests with respect. No dogs will be allowed in the main lobby, by the restaurant areas, in restrooms or poolside areas. Dogs must be crated when you are not in the room.

Plastic sheeting is required under all crates. Clean up supplies will be strategically located in the hallways. There is a limit of four (4) dogs per room.

Damages to the room are the responsibility of the occupant. All guests with dogs will be charged a $100 dog deposit upon check-in. Assuming there is no damage, the deposit will be refunded within 72 hours of check out. No refunds will be made at check out. The resort reserves the right to take a couple of days to inspect all rooms thoroughly. If there is damage to a room the occupant will be notified in writing. Documentation will be provided as the resort deems necessary.

Dogs must be on a leash at all times when outside your room. Dog are not allowed on the golf course. Also, there are ducks and swans in the pond, area-chasing is prohibited. Guests must clean up after their dogs. Plenty of clean-up supplies will be conveniently located for your use. The outdoor fenced tennis courts can be used as an off-lead exercise area, so obviously tennis will not be available.

**72-Hour Notice Rule** If you decide to check out early, you must notify the Resort at least 72 hours in advance, or you will be charged for the nights not used. For example: If you are scheduled to check out on Monday, October 16 but decide to leave on Sunday, October 15, you must notify the hotel of your change in plans by check-in time on Thursday, October 12.
