BeardieFest 2000 is right around the corner. Fall in Wisconsin is a wonderful time
of the year. The trees are turning and the colors can be stunning. Daytime
temperatures typically run in the 50s and 60s in mid October. Evenings can get
down into the 30s and 40s. But even the nip in the air is invigorating.
We have an excellent show site, the Olympia Resort & Spa, nestled among the rolling
hills and lakes of the Kettle Morraine area between Milwaukee and Madison. We have
a jam-packed program. There is something for everyone-herding, agility, obedience,
conformation, a photo/art contest, seminars, an auction, CERF testing, cheese, etc.
The Show Committee and all the members of the Chicagoland Bearded Collie Club are
working hard to make sure you have a great time. Start out the new millennium with
a bang, join us in Wisconsin. Follow the Beardie signs to fun.
