Now, praise the Lord the God of Israel,
who does wonders on earth,
Who exalts man from the womb,
and makes him as he pleases.
May he give you wisdom in mind;
may it be for your sons’ well-being.
May his mercy be certain for Simon;
may he establish Phineas’ covenant for him.
