Pulled the gas tank from the skid plate and flushed. Installed new sending unit. Wire wheeled the skid plate and coated. Re-installed with new SS bolts.

Installed all new fuel and brake lines. All new fuel line hoses.

Found another transfer case on ebay. The yokes feel nice and tight and all the gears look and feel smooth. Will deal with the old one another day. Drive shafts are in with new u-joints. The rears were pretty sloppy.

Getting ready to cut out for shifters and set tub in place.

The tub has found a new home.

Five new Pro comp 15x10 extreme alloys with BFG KO's, 33x12.50.

Bead blasted and painted shifters, clutch, brake and emergency brake pedals and some other stuff.

Installed original steel hood and new oem steel grill. New SS struts and gas pedal cable.

The next nightmare to deal with. That's a steering column. The firewall mounting plate is half rotted off. The rest seems okay except for all the rust. Will have to find a new mounting plate. Talked to George's Jeeps last fall and he said he had one. I'll give him a call.
