Dispute Resolution?

A while after our site went up, New Horizons appeared to make at least a half-hearted attempt to solve some of the intractable problems some of their students were having with their centers.

They put up a dispute resolution page, which explained their policies and provided an email link so a customer who was dissatisfied could at least tell somebody at corporate about it. It was buried several clicks deep in their website, but at least it did exist.

I don't know if anyone ever had their problem resolved by the dispute resolution folks. I never heard from ANYBODY who got any action out of them. That doesn't mean that nobody ever did, just that they didn't tell me about it.

But that's all rather moot now. The latest incarnation of New Horizons' web site has no such page that I can find. I tried to find the page using their on site search engine, it returned nothing. I tried surfing around to anyplace that might conceivably contain such a link, and found nothing.

Since the NewHorizonsSucks.net site is here as a public service, I figure the least I can do is provide a link to New Horizons on a consistent page that people can actually find. So if you have a complaint about your experience with New Horizons, please feel free to use the link below, which will send the email to the same place it used to go. Whether anything ever gets done about your problem is beyond my control. I don't even know if anyone is reading the emails at New Horizons. But at least now you can get it off your chest.

Email your complaint to New Horizons.

It'll be helpful to include information such as who you are, at which New Horizons location you encountered your problem, a concise description of the problem, including amounts paid, courses taken, and the names of people you talked to or tried to talk to at the local New Horizons.

Please let me know if you use the link and either a) get no response, b) get an unsatisfactory response, or c), actually get some help from these people.
