This is a nice, flavorful salad dressing. It goes well on fresh spinach leaves.
| 1/3 | Cup | Vegetable oil | |
| 3 | Tablespoons | Sugar | |
| 2 | Tablespoons | Raspberry vinegar | |
| 1 | Tablespoon | Sour cream | |
| 1 1/2 | Tablespoons | Dijon mustard | |
| 1/2 | Cup | Fresh raspberries | Lightly chopped |
Whisk all of the ingredients together. Refirgerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
