Raspberry Vinegarette

This is a nice, flavorful salad dressing.   It goes well on fresh spinach leaves.


1/3 Cup Vegetable oil
3 Tablespoons     Sugar
2 Tablespoons Raspberry vinegar    
1 Tablespoon Sour cream
1 1/2     Tablespoons Dijon mustard
1/2 Cup Fresh raspberries Lightly chopped

Whisk all of the ingredients together.   Refirgerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
