I went fishing today for about an hour behind the stadium in the Menomonee River. There were a few fish present but the low water conditions had them really spooked. After the next substantial rain we have, this area should be packed with steelhead.
I also heard that the steelhead were hitting spawn below the Noth Ave. Dam.
