POINT BEACH STATE PARK

Rider's comments: Did the whole double-loop ride this week-end (July 12-14) with 4 near-teen girls in tow.They pretty much loved it ( i.e. "COOL,dad!"). The hilly stretch down the center of the loop got the best reviews-and squeals n' screams.The only detractant was some logging operation on the west side of the system-but you can get thru it.The Ridges trail loops of about 7 miles extending south from the campground,which parrallel Lake Michigan, helped round out an excellant mountain-biking weekend for THIS camping family.*** out of a possible ****. GO FER IT!
