Anime East, 1995: My first convention, I knew NO one when I
arrived. By the time I left I knew about 20+ con kids who I still hang out
with.

Katsucon Ni, 1996: I was back to living in the Midwest and had
thought that AEast would be my last convention due to convention
proximity) I hoped in the car with my friend Amy Clark, drove to Virginia
and roomed with four other con kids.

Awards: Judge's choice from Steve Pearl for my skit with my friend Amy
(as Ryoko).
Anime Expo: Flew to California, roomed with con kids, spent a
lot of money, stole part of a chandelier with Chad D and Erik J.

Awards: Judge's choice, "So cute you'll rot your teeth" for Magical
Girl Pretty Sammy.
Otakon 1996:Drove to Baltimore with Katlin Howell. Had fun.

Awards: Judge's choice from Masaomi Kanzaki for the Kei "wonder bra"
skit.
AWA 1996: Drove to Atlanta alone due to a last minute
cancellation by Robert DeJesus who I was going to drive with.

Katsucon 1997: I drove with DeJesus and Earl. Gave everyone I
was
staying with con-plague.

Rynuske.
Awards: Can't remember.
Akon 1997: Amy and Doc get married!

Costumes: Tenchi's Magical Girl Pretty Sammy (worn by Brad Deidrichs)
and UY's Kurama
Awards: Funniest Skit for a huge skit organized by Amy.
Otakon 1997: Solo drive! Wheeeeeee!

Costumes: UY's Kurama, Evangelion's Pen Pen
Awards: Best Skit for Evangelion skit. I also helped out in a huge
group skit. I almost fell out of my corset if that counts for
anything.
MiniCon 1997: 15-30 people in the Catskills, watching stars and
VIZ premieres. Goods? You could purchase them in the dealers kitchen.

Awards: there were none. The Costume contest was a trip to Ponderosa's
buffet in costumes.
AWA 1997:

Fanime 1998: Ironcat flew me out. I had a great deal of fun.
Relationship to convention: Guest (Ironcat's Editor) and panelist.
Costumes: Daicon Bunny Girl, and Evangelion's Pen Pen
Awards: Presented Talisin Jaffe with a Bishonen award for his Allen
Shezar costume, He blushed.
Katuson 1998: It was my last convention as industry ( I quit )
but this convention DID feature a memorable state of the industry panel I
was on. Nothing like port wine and questions. It was also the begining of
a wonderfull friendship between me and cynic at large, Jeff Thompson.

Costumes: Daicon Bunny Girl, Evangelion's Pen Pen, and Final Fantasy
7's Yuffie.
Otakon 1998: My first convention after quitting the
industry.
Relationship to convention: Attendee and panelist ( on costuming).
Costumes: Daicon Bunny Girl, Dirty Pair's Kei AND Yuri and
Evangelion's Pen Pen. Did not compete.
Neko-con Ichi!: My first convention as a senior staff member.

Costumes: Bunny Girl (by popular demand), Can't remember if I brought
anything else. I did not compete.

Coming Soon
Neko Con! I'll be Mistress of Ceremonies for the opening and
closing. I will also be head of the guest department again, writing parts
of the program book and wearing (hopefully) a new costume.
