Merton Program Description

The program includes any or all of the following elements, depending on the grade level and individual needs of the students:

Ø      Differentiation of the curriculum by modification of content, process, and/or product

Ø      Enrichment of the basic instructional program with appropriate projects & activities

Ø      Independent learning projects planned with the student to expand on special interests

Ø      Acceleration by placing the student in advance classes either within his/her school or at advanced levels

Ø      Opportunity for every student
