He comes from Galilee;
There are a lot of people who
Have come from Galilee.
And even though I’m from there, too,
What does he mean to me?
I’ve told you all I can.
I do not know the man!
Upon the courtyard wall the morning sunrise cast a crimson glow.
And silhoueted on the wall, a rooster then began to crow.
When Peter turned, and wept for faith he had not kept,
Repentant tears were shed for all the times he said:
I do not know the man!
I don’t care who this person is.
I never saw the man!
And if you think I’m one of his,
You are mistaken, and,
I tell you once again,
I do not know the man!
I do not know the man!
I do not know the man!

54. The
Same for Today Listen...
Jesus loves me, this I know,
For the Bible tells me so.
These are words that once were sung
When our hearts were young.
Little ones to him belong;
They are weak but he is strong.
Do you think you’ve changed a lot?
Jesus Christ has not!
REFRAIN:
It’s the same for today,
The same as it was yesterday,
When you were leaning on his love
And sang for all to hear.
He has not changed his way.
So if you’re feeling far from him,
Remember God is faithful;
It’s you who disappear.
Has the faith you used to hold
Grown with you as you’ve grown old?
Or has Jesus Christ become
Something for the young?
Just as little children do,
You still need the Savior, too.
Growing up can save no man;
Only Jesus can.
REFRAIN:
Come as little children do!
Jesus Christ still offers you
All that you have heard and sung
When your hearts were young.
Let your life begin and end
With the One Unchanging Friend.
Don’t believe you’ve changed a lot;
Jesus Christ has not!
REFRAIN (different)
You still need him today,
The same as you did yesterday.
And when tomorrow rolls around,
The need won’t disappear.
Let his love lead the way,
And treasure words of long ago,
For you still need your Savior,
Each day of every year!

Sing a Song of Gladness Listen...
Sing a song of gladness,
Say goodby to sadness!
It is done; God has won!
Christ the Lord has risen!
Sing a song of gladness,
Say goodby to sadness!
Death and sin are done in!
Christ the Lord has risen!
Sing a song of gladness,
Say goodby to sadness!
We are free, victory!
Christ the Lord has risen!
Sing a song of gladness,
Say goodby to sadness!
Let all hear, far and near:
Christ the Lord has risen!
Sing a song of gladness,
Say goodby to sadness!
Thanks we bring to our King!
Christ the Lord has risen!
Christ the Lord has risen!

56. We Can
Ask the Savior Listen...
We can ask the Savior.
Help will surely come
When we need a favor
To get a job well done.
Give the Lord a call.
Nothing is too big or small.
Ask the Lord of all;
He gets the job well done.
We can thank the Savior,
When his help has come.
Thank him for his favor,
To get a job well done.
Give the Lord a call.
Nothing is too big or small.
Thank the Lord of all;
He gets the job well done.

57. Seasons
Listen...
There is a season for hearts to sing;
There is a season for crying.
God made a season for everything:
Planting and growing and dying.
He knows the reason why seasons change,
Why tears appear when they do.
We only know know that his love remains,
Comforting, constant and true.
Blessed are believers who understand
Jesus works wonders through changes.
Blessed are believers who take his hand;
Trust what the Savior arranges.
Blessed is the family of God today;
We will not mourn season’s end.
For when all seasons have passed away,
We’ll be together again.
We’ll be together again.

58. Sing
and Celebrate Listen...
We come to sing and celebrate
Completion of our great escape;
To dance before the empty grave,
For Jesus lives! He lives and we are saved!
There’s no deception, no disguise,
As all good Christians realize!
The One who died for you and me,
The Conqueror,
Conqueror of Death is he!
The triumph of our Lord is clear.
Let everyone with ears now hear
And proclaim the news today!
The Savior lives and in his name
Eternal life is ours to claim!
Our sin has been swept clean away,
And we thank God,
Thank God for Easter day!
Thank God for Easter Day!

59. Use Us, Lord
Listen...
Use us, Lord. Overcome our fear,
So we may simply say
Words the Lost must hear.
Use us, Lord, awkward though we are.
Make our skill work for your will.
Use us, Lord.
(Prayer, spoken to accompaniment)
Faithful father, Son and Spirit, we all know
people who do not know you.
We know their future is eternal damnation.
We also know what we should be doing about it, but we are
afraid.
Our desire to tell others that you have rescued them from
hell,
is often overshadowed by doubt.
So when we hesitate, increase our courage. When
we feel inadequate, build our confidence.
You will equip us with every good thing we need, and
we know it is your power that
enables us to act. We do believe…
help us overcome our unbelief, and use us, Lord!
Use us, Lord, as your tools until
One by one, more will come,
And your house is filled.
Use us, Lord. In your strength we stand.
We can do all things through you;
Use us, Lord!
60. The Thief
on the Cross Listen...
Why should he die?
What has this gentle person done?
What is his crime, that he should suffer so?
Now, you and I,
We had our share of foolish fun.
We wasted time, and in our hearts we know
Our death is just; our punishment is well-deserved,
For in our lives we only served ourselves.
But look at him.
There was no cause to crucify.
He had no sin.
Why should he die?
Oh, blessed Lord, how great your love has been to accept this agony!
When you have come into your kingdom again, Lord, remember me!
The Savior spoke
Unto the thief who looked upon
The saving cross,
The cross of Jesus Christ.
"Truly today, Your sins have been forgiven, son.
You’ll be with me in Paradise!"

61. The Bread
and Wine Listen...
Here is the bread; here is the wine.
Nourishment filled with flesh divine.
May it preserve, strengthen, too,
Knowing the Ssavior has forgiven you.
Body and bread, blood and wine.
Come fill your faith with flesh divine.
Christ in us; we are one,
Showing the Savior’s death until he comes.

62. Song
of the Lambs Listen...
The Lord is my shepherd, he calls and I go
To green, grassy meadows where water runs slow.
My spirit is filled, my soul is fed.
The Lord is my shepherd, and I am well-led.
REFRAIN:
Bup bah, bup bah, bup bah, bup bup, bah.
Bup bah, bup bah, bup bah.
The Lord is my shepherd, and he lets me take
His pathway of righteousness, for Jesus’ sake.
Though danger and death may join my parade,
The Lord is my shepherd, and I’m not afraid.
REFRAIN:
The Lord is my shepherd, he makes life a treat,
Just like a fine banquet with plenty to eat.
His blessings pour out, amazing my foes;
My cup is filled up till it overflows.
REFRAIN:
His goodness and mercy will always be found
As long as this planet goes spinning around.
Then, ever together, with ewes and with rams,
I’ll live in the house of the Lord of the lambs.
REFRAIN:

63. There Was Never a Worry
Listen...
There was never a worry that the Lord couldn’t solve.
So if you get discouraged, better get him involved.
All you need is to ask him; Jesus listens to what you say.
And remember his help is just a prayer away.
Jesus knows when you need him, and he always is there.
Even though you don’t see him, you are safe in his care.
Sing a song of thanksgiving; show your gratefulness all your
days
When you ask, he will answer; when he answers, give praise!

64. Through
the Years Listen...
Through the years we have worshipped together,
Drawn by the hope in God’s Word,
Growing in grace and wisdom,
Learning of Christ, our Lord.
Through the years he has always been with us,
Giving the strength to endure,
Offering his salvation, keeping our faith secure.
Jesus will not forsake us;
No other power above,
No devil’s snare,
No earthly care
Can take his love.
May we always continue together,
Bound by the truth of God’s Word,
Showing his grace and wisdom,
Living for Christ our Lord.
Through the years may we always be faithful,
To our Redeemer and Friend,
Looking for life eternal;
Years that will never end!

The will of God is done.
The will of God is done!
So put your fears to rest.

66. Wake Up!
Listen...
Wake up, you children, wake up, I say!
All God’s children, prepare today!
Make no excuses, make no delay!
Jesus is coming;
Christ is on his way!
Child of man, God above
Came in poverty but rich in love,
Born the servant sent to make us free.
Prepare your hearts for the Lord.
He will come once again;
This time, trumpeting his power to men!
Not the servant, but the King of Kings;
Prepare your hearts for the Lord!
Wake up, you children, wake up, I say!
All God’s children, prepare today!
Make no excuses, make no delay!
Jesus is coming;
Christ is on his way!
On his way!

67. Patterns
Listen...
Everywhere you look, signs of vanity
Live within the patterns people come to be.
Patterns that will please in the Lord’s domain,
They are those that give all glory to his name.
Giving all the glory to his name.
Let your patterns be printed by God’s hand;
Trusting in the wisdom of the Lord’s command.
Man’s own glory fades; Jesus will remain.
Live your life to please him,Glorify his name.
Let your pattern glorify his name.

68. The
Whole Wide World Listen...
For God so loved the whole wide world that he gave his only son.
And he made of him the debt of sin that was owed by everyone.
Who believes the story of Jesus’ glory and saving sacrifice,
Will never die, but occupy eternal Paradise!
Never die, but occupy Paradise!
God so loved the whole wide world.
God has offered grace to the human race ever since Creation’s Fall.
And he made it clear that the world should hear how he died to
save us all.
The Good News is worth waking up the earth with a joyful song
and a shout!
The one sure thing this life can bring we ought to sing
about!
One sure thing this life can bring; sing it out!
God so loved the world, the whole wide world!
Go and tell the whole world!

Why He Walked with Men Listen...
God became our brother; lived the life of men;
Learned the joy and sorrow, time and time again.
Born a man called Jesus, made himself become
Lower than the angels; God’s begotten son.
He could feel temptation, and yet the man endured.
He fulfilled our obligation; died as we deserved.
Birds had nesting places, and the fox a den.
God knew no such pleasure while he walked with men.
Why did God decide to be Hidden in humility;
Set aside his majesty, Just to be a man?
Only his perfection could satisfy the law,
So he joined with us forever;
One in place of all.
God became our brother, lived the life of men;
Died so he could offer life to us again.
God has walked for men!

70. Watch and
Pray Listen...
Watch and pray, the judgment is looming!
Watch and pray, the Judgment consuming!
Not all men
Will be allowed in heaven
Watch and pray.
Watch and pray, the judgment is looming!
Watch and pray, the Judgment consuming!
Not all men
Believe they are forgiven.
Watch and pray.
Watch and pray, the judgment is looming!
Watch and pray, the Judgment consuming!
Not all men
Their faithfulness attend.
Watch and pray.
Watch and pray, the judgment is looming!
Watch and pray, the Judgment consuming!
Not all men
Prepare to meet the end.
Watch and pray.
71. Zacchaeus
Listen...
In Jericho city, there lived a rich man,
The chief of collectors of tax in the land.
His wealthy position gave him no respect,
For he often cheated when he would collect.
The rich man, Zacchaeus, heard somebody say
That Jesus would enter the city that day.
He wanted to see the Messiah first-hand,
But he was too little, so here’s what he planned:
Zacchaeus, Zacchaeus, oh, what do you teach us
By climbing a branch of a sycamore tree?
Zacchaeus, Zacchaeus, your story can teach us
To want to know Jesus is how we should be!
When Jesus arrived at that part of the town,
He looked up and said to Zacchaeus, "Come down.
I must be a guest in your house today."
Zacchaeus was happy to show him the way.
The people who watched were upset quite a bit,
For sitting with sinners is no place to sit.
But there is no truth in the reason they gave,
For Jesus had come here to seek and to save.
Zacchaeus, Zacchaeus, oh, what do you teach us
By going to hear what the Lord has to say?
Zacchaeus, Zacchaeus, your story can teach us
To welcome the Savior when he comes our way.
Zacchaeus got up and surprised everyone.
He said he was sorry for what he had done.
One half that he owned he would give to the poor,
And those he had cheated, pay back four times more.
"Zacchaeus," said Jesus, "How happy I am!
You now are a true son of Abraham.
Salvation has come to this house today."
For that, dear Zacchaeus, you don’t have to pay!
Zacchaeus, Zacchaeus, oh, what do you teach us
By showing your thanks in the way that you give?
Zacchaeus, Zacchaeus, your story can teach us
The joy of forgiveness can change how we live!
72. Wild Flowers
Listen...
Wild flowers, God’s creation.
He has spun them like a rainbow-splashed bouquet.
Kings wear only imitation;
They can’t match the handiwork of God’s display.
So don’t you worry now, when good times go wrong.
And don’t you worry how you will get along.
You mean much more to him than flowers that don’t stay;
If God cares for wild flowers,
He’ll care for you today.
Seek his kingdom in his Holy Word;
Learn his righteousness to ease your troubled mind.
Trust in Jesus, and be well assured;
He can handle any worry you can find.
So don’t you worry now; trust in God indeed!
And don’t you worry how; he knows what you need.
But with a stronger faith, believe him and obey.
Seek his kingdom and its blessings;
Let God direct today.
So don’t you worry, now, when good times go wrong.
And don’t you worry how you will get along.
You mean much more to him than flowers that don’t stay;
If God cares for wild flowers,
He’ll care for you today.
And don’t you worry;
Don’t you worry now.
