DIRECTIONS TO THE NEUROPSYCHOLOGY CLINIC

at Sinai Samaritan Medical Center, Milwaukee

If you are traveling north into downtown Milwaukee on I-94:

Take I-94 North. When you approach the downtown area, you will be on a bridge. Take the I-43 North to Green Bay. Then take the next exit on your right called the "Civic Center / Kilbourn Ave." (Exit 72 C). This is a tunnel exit. When you come out the other end, there is an intersection (6th Street and Kilbourn Ave.) and you will be facing east. Stay on the right and turn right (south) at the traffic light (6th Street). Go two blocks to Wisconsin Avenue and turn right (west). Go 6 blocks on Wisconsin Avenue to 12th Street. Turn right on 12th Street and travel north. In the second block on your left (just after you cross Wells Street) there is a parking structure. See "From the Parking Structure" below.

If you are traveling south into downtown Milwaukee on I-43:

Take the right-hand exit marked "Civic Center, Wells Street" (Exit 72 C). As you go up the exit ramp, bear to your right. This will place you on 11th Street at its intersection with Wells Street. At the next block, turn right onto Wisconsin Avenue, and then keep bearing right. This will place you in the lane that turns into 12th Street. Travel right (north) on 12th Street. After you again cross Wells Street, on your left is the parking structure. See "From the Parking Structure" below.

If you are traveling east into downtown Milwaukee on I-94:

Take the right-hand exit marked 13th Street (Exit 310 A). This leaves the highway just before the turn for "Chicago." The exit ramp goes down hill. Stay to your left. Turn left (north) at the intersection onto 13th Street and then take the right-hand lane. Then bear right at the intersection (with Tory Hill Drive). On Tory Hill Drive, move to the left and then turn left at the first opportunity (10th Street) which is immediately after you travel under the highway ramp. This will bring you up to Wisconsin Avenue at 10th Street. Turn left (west) on Wisconsin Avenue. As you turn left, get into the right-hand lane as you cross the bridge over the interstate. After stopping for the traffic light at Wisconsin Avenue and 11th Street, bear right after the intersection. This will place you in the lane that turns into 12th Street (heading north). After you cross Wells Street, on your left is the parking structure for Sinai Samaritan Medical Center. See "From the Parking Structure" below.

From the Parking Structure;

Handicapped parking is on Floor #3; regular visitor parking can be found at the Street Level (SL), Floor #1, and Floor #5. If you park in the parking structure, take the elevator to floor #3. At this level there is a bridge which will take you to the Sinai Professional Building. At the end of the bridge, take the elevators there up to the 4th Floor. Then follow the signs to "K. Hamsher, Ph.D.," suite 415. SINAI PARKING STRUCTURE FEES: Maximum of $4.00 a day (as of 06/01/96).

If you are using the Milwaukee Transit System:
