The Big BackyardThe Big Backyard is an indoor playground and birthday party center that provides a fun, clean, and safe place for children in which to play, celebrate special events, and learn through enrichment opportunities. The facility consists of more than 10,000 square feet of warehouse space converted into multiple play areas for children, including those designed to meet the developmental abilities of pre-walkers, toddlers, and preschool/school-aged children. Equipment includes an wooden play set with slides, tunnels, rock wall, and a clubhouse; a toddler play set, a wooden playhouse, an area for infant soft play with sit-on, climbing, and roll toys; riding toys; and plenty of balls, in all shapes and sizes, along with basketball hoops. Classes at The Big Backyard range from art programs (ages three and up) to "sing-along, play-along" music classes for infants to preschoolers, and their adult companions. Also available: infant sign language classes and Spanish classes, for kids ages 1-1/2 to 10-1/2. The Big Backyard also features a snack area with a variety of healthy food choices for adults and children.
