Reasons to select more than one program: In order to make sure that the adoption is finalized in a timely manner, and with less emotional stress, selecting more than one program is an option. An adoption dossier must be prepared for each country you select. The paperwork procedure and cost varies in each country. Completing the file for Ukraine takes an additional expense and more time.

 If you select Ukraine and Romania for instance, and Romania is not open by the time you are ready to proceed with the adoption, you can proceed with the Ukrainian program. If you select Lithuania and Romania, we can submit the file in both country and proceed with the first referral you receive.

Reasons to select only one program: You may decide that only one program is right for you depending on your priorities and level of comfort. If the adoption time is very important to you, the Ukrainian program is definitely the shortest one. After the adoption dossier is submitted, the adoption can usually be completed within 2-3 months.

If travel is most important for you, and you cannot travel overseas, or can only travel for a limited period of time Romania or Lithuania should be your choice. Please keep in mind that Romania has a history of moratoriums and shutdowns.

Adoption time: From the time you complete and we submit the adoption dossier, an adoption should be finalized within 18 months in Romania and Lithuania and 2-3 months in Ukraine.
