Hi,
My name is Delilah Honey.

I am a seal mitted with a blaze. I was the smallest when I was born but I think I am the biggest now. I was born without any eyes, and even though that sounds horrible it really is not bad. I never could see so I don’t miss anything, this is normal to me. I can do almost anything my best friend Samson can do. I run from one end of the house to the other. I love to chase balls and bring them back to my owner. Another thing I like to do is to climb my tower, which has five levels, than my owner throws paper balls to me and I hit them back to her. The only time I bump into things is when I get to excited and I try to not let anyone know because I am The Queen here. The one place I haven't figured out how to get to yet is the kitchen counter, and then all I have to do is give one of my sad little sounds and the person I have trained for my owner picks me up and puts me there. I have also trained my owner to put a chair by the window so I can listen to the birds and hear what is going on outside.

When people meet me they cannot tell that I am blind. I am just like any other cat except that my senses are way better. I remember where everything is and if something new is put down I can sense it before I hit it. I am not afraid to climb things and once I have been up it I know how to get down. I know how to hide in doorways and jump out when my owners or friends go by. But my favorite thing to do is to hunt flies, I can hear them all the way across the house. Than it’s just a matter of time before he is mine.

Well, I think I will get off my owners paper now and see if I can go help somebody else. But before I go for now I would like to thank my breeder, Linda Kauffman, for giving me the chance at this wonderful life. Someone else might not have been so kind and loving. I am a very happy and healthy cat and I have the rest of my life to look forward to.
