Newsletter Editor's Message
| | |
Is anyone out there? Or does anyone care? While we gain new
members, our current members are not renewing their membership.
We can't grow the club that way. Maybe we should just admit that
Jazz Unlimited is slowly going out of business. Oh, we can continue
to limp along the way we are going for another 5 or 10 years. We do
have enough patrons to support our Scholarship Program, but just
barely. Our membership dues barely pays for the newsletter. (You'd know that if you read last month's message.)
We need YOU to encourage one more person to join the club. If every member adds a member, we double our membership and that means each copy of the newsletter costs less and the club will grow.
Message to our members: the Board of Directors and Officers can't grow the club without your help. You do not have to join the Board or invest a serious amount of time, but do something. Don't know what to do?
Please let me hear from you!
