Getrag FWD Conversion Kit FWD Getrag Into Fiero Conversion Kit. The 5-speed Getrag used in the V-6 General Motors FWD cars such as the Beretta is basically the same as the Fiero Getrag 5-speed. This kit addresses the shorter arm used on the FWD Getrags when installed into the Fiero. Does not require splitting the transmission case. This is a bolt on assembly. I have all the info needed to do the swap: Call! Also available is the select cable transmission bracket that is no longer available from GM.
