Left - Le Royal Croisette. Our condo is on the 4th floor. There are only 2 units per floor.  Our balcony wraps around the side providing a view to the street  and all along the full length of the back of the building which provides  sunshine from the north, south, east, and west.

Scroll Down to the bottom photo. I laid the photos out showing their relationships to each other. In the bottom photo is the view from the end of our block (photo 1). Cross the Croisette and there is a walkway (photo 2) that ends at the Mediterranean Sea. To the left of the walkway is Port Pierre Canto (photo 3) where huge yachts are anchored. To the right of the walkway  is a beautiful park (photo 4). Within the park are beautiful flower gardens (photo 5). At the end of the flower gardens is a small children's playground with new play equipment. Just at the end of the flower garden is the public beach.  Imagine yourself, go to the end of our block, cross the Blvd Croisette, enjoy the beautiful flowers as you pass and arrive at the beach.

In the evening take a stroll along the Promenade Croisette (photo 6). The Promenade runs parallel to the park and beach and will lead to the central ville.
