The neighbor building in the back, is further away than it appears in the photo. Each property has gardens between them.
Sitting at the round table, or on the left side of the long table you would have an open view to the street. You can see the orientation via the building photo.
The balcony is even longer than this photo shows. The narrow part is outside the second bedroom.
I'm standing taking the photo in another whole wide section of the balcony ,outside the Master bed room. Next trip I will get a better picture
