With such a whilwind of interesting items on the internet and the World Wide Web, some people have begun thinking only in terms of http: addresses and have forgotten about facinating or useful things that can not be digitized. Therefore I've decided to compile a list of cool but relatively obscure stuff that I've discovered over the years.

- Dr. Bronner's Peppermint Pure Castile Soap
This is amazing soap. Dr. Bronner was an essene chemist and Rabbi, and developed an all natural multipurpose soap that is terrific stuff. You can wash your hair and body with it, and even use it to brush your teeth, and since it is safe for the environment, it's the ideal soap for camping trips. The bottle also recommends its use for laundry, diapers, dishes- you name it. It smells great and gives skin a tingling sensation that also makes it a good massage lotion. The bottle is covered with Dr. Bronner's "teachings", so it makes for good reading during your shower too!
- Stomp
They're not musicians. They're not dancers. They're certainly not mimes! Rather, Stomp is a collection of eight performance artists that somehow meld music, dance and pantomime into a hybrid unlike anything that you've ever seen before.
What's really amazing is that their music, which is primarily percussive, is made with ordinary items, such as push-brooms, trash-cans, Zippo lighters, and even kitchen sinks.
And evening with Stomp, which has a permanent companies in New York and London and several touring productions across the United States, is sure to delight you. And you even get a free pair of drumsticks on your way out!
