To order copies of Membership papers please send check
for $10.00 per application (subject to change) payable to "Sons of the Revolution" along with name of the
Member, State & Membership Number and the name of the ancestor to:
Please be advised the first 200 or so applications are so old
they contain only names. Very little documentation, dates or
other data was required or recorded on these very old records.
Applications 1 through 400 are worthless as genealogical proofs if one's
intent is to use them as evidence for admission to any lineage society now.
They contain no information other than the lineage (usually anywhere from
two to five generations). There are exceptions to this standardization
though and in a few rare cases there is a lot of detail on the applications
in the 1 thru 400 range. The applications from 401 to the last are very
detailed and quite good, but there are no proof documents to accompany them.
