What is a Page?:

In ALL cases the size of EACH page must transfer via 14.4Kbaud Modem in 15 seconds or less. Server delays will increase this to 45 - 60 seconds and Netizens will NOT stay to look at the page unless they REALLY want what is offered. (90% 'tune out' after 45 seconds). Web Pages are an art form, not a science. Artistic license is used by NLT for presentation purposes.


Business Approach and Procedure:
Our 'normal' business approach is to generate some pages for you as a DEMO and submit them to you at no charge or obligation.

When the DEMO is submitted and changes are planned, a price will be negotiated. The first 1/3 of the negotiated price will be payable at that time.

The pages will be generated and submitted to you again for last minute changes. Extra features may be cause to re-nogotiate the price. Small changes are not charged for. Once accepted by you, the second 1/3 of the negotiated price will be payable at that time.

The pages will be completed and the final 1/3 of the negotiated price will be due along with the Site Charge. NLT will make the arrangements and 'serve' the pages. NLT will have you approve the pages on the site and then NLT will submit the URL (address) of your Home Page to Search Engines so that other Netizens can find your site.

Prices - General Guideline:

A HOME Page: $450.00 (features/prices are additive)
Basic Text and a Company Logo
Email Address and associated graphic
Phone number and associated graphic
Postal Address and associated graphic
5 lines of NLT Web Design ad and link.
Limited to 3 screens in height (see * Page Length below).

Additional Pages: $150.00 each*
Basic Text about your Company or Products
Existing Artwork/Images
Navigation Buttons
Email Address and associated graphic
Phone number and associated graphic

* Page Length: 3 Screen Heights equal a page assuming a 15 second 14.4Kbaud transfer time. The transfer time can be cut by limiting a page to 1 (or 2) Screen Heights and linking to 2 (or 1) associated pages. For purposes of pricing (and presentation) 3 Screen Heights are priced as a page including links to other Screen Heights (Pages).

Extra Graphics:

Electronic (pre-existing or supplied IBM or Mac artwork). Standard Artwork: Bullets, Cute images, HOT, NEW, Coming Soon images. $25 per page (Dispersed within 3 associated screen heights max.)

Printed Graphics needing Scanned. $25 per image (Minimum charge is $50)

Custom Designed artwork (logos, backgrounds, ect...). Pricing starts at $75 Minimum.
